Export to html using css fails...nothing happens

Bug Description
I have a markdown file and choose Advanced Export. I select HTML from the dropdown and self contained on HTML options, then select my css file. Upon clicking export, nothing happens. No file appears where I directed the export.
Am I doing something wrong here?
