Bug Description
During a synchronization session, the source database is updated using the target's values regardless of the 'resolve_to_source' setting. This needs to be modified so that the 'resolve_to_source' property's values is taken into consideration.

Moving to U1DB-QT Milestone 2.0 to first focus on issues related to querying and filtering. Sync with U1 is a feature we can come to at a later point.
