Zach: A patch was submitted today to Andy's tree. It fixes the 4460 boot problem.

Please note that we shouldn't put too much emphasis on the 4460 especially that the TI LT don't have their 4460 boards yet. I suggest we focus on getting the 4430 image up to snuff then switch to 4460, when the hardware is more readily available

Please try current tilt-android-tracking, it has a fix from sebjan that should impact this problem.
