Bug Description

As described in http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/Run_Instance_Idempotency.html, a ClientToken request argument can be used to ensure idempotency when running instances, but looking at run_instances in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~txaws-dev/txaws/trunk/view/head:/txaws/ec2/client.py, it isn't currently possible to set this parameter.
