Return from get_request_payment() should be RequestPayment object, not string

The Deferred returned from get_request_payment() is a string but this should probably be a RequestPayment object for future-proofing (other attributes if any additional may be of interest).

Yikes! Yeah, we definitely want that. This needs to be consistent across all the other code.

It's been a few years since I've worked on txAWS, so I should probably audit other methods that have even added to see if this has been done elsewhere...
