Bug Description
Steps that the API should support:
* Choosing the number and type of Amazon EC2 instances you want
* Specifying the location of your data and/or application on Amazon S3
* Starting the flow
API calls that will need to be added:
* RunJobFlows
* AddJobFlowSteps
* DescribeJobFlows
* TerminateJobFlows
Create an API call for:
* the process of downloading log files form S3
