http://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/builds/docs/ is confusing

It's unclear how to interpret the links presented on <http://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/builds/docs/>.

Or rather, it's clear that git revision hashes seem to have invaded the system. And it's clear that if I check out the git mirror I could `git show` each of those hashes to figure out what they are. And it's clear this is not a very usable scheme.

Please rename these according to some scheme which a human can interpret without consulting git. For example, name them with svn revision numbers, with branch names, with dates, or with other piece of identifying metadata that can be interpreted easily by a human.
