epytext errors don't make the documentation builder fail

Bug Description
We have 3 errors right now in trunk which passed the pydoctor build:
these 3 objects' docstrings are not proper epytext:
twisted.
twisted.
twisted.
The builder ought to fail when encountering those errors, but doesn't.
