Bug Description

A recent Windows 7 build failed like this:

exceptions.WindowsError: [Error 8] Not enough storage is available to process this command

Apparently no additional information available. The build log is at <http://buildbot.twistedmatrix.com/builders/windows7-64-py2.7/builds/1640>. Perhaps this is related to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/twisted-buildbot-configuration/+bug/1042246>.

Tom, although it's working currently, surely there's still an issue here - buildbot should say what remote failed where, present some additional logs, etc. Is there a buildbot bug for that?
