0.3.0 tarball contains long / unnecessary path, bzr files, and itself?

Bug Description

All of the files in the tarball for version 0.3.0 have Volumes/HomeVault/code/Python/tweetyPy/devel/ prepended in front of them.

Also: The bazaar files probably shouldn't be inside the tarball.

Finally: tweetyPy-0.3.0.tar.gz contains a corrupt version of a file with the same name inside itself (tweetyPy-0.3.0.tar.gz)
