The goal of this task is to define a general mecanism for mapping events to particular event filters and map specific events from specific gui systems to a general tutorius event.

As discussed, the TEventType property has been created and is used by the GtkEventFilter but still lacks translation from "tutorius click event" to gtk "clicked" signal. Current implentation uses directly the gtk signal name, as we don't (yet) support other toolkits
