Bug Description
We need an entry point for tutorials to be run inside the shell itself, that is
-The frame
-The neibhorhood, friends, self and activity views
-The different menus
It is perfectly okay to require a manual action to start tutorials, such as a dropdown box somewhere, or a list of icons on the frame. Coupling should be kept as minimal as possible so that the smallest possible amount of sugar code is changed.

The "run time" integration will be done using a Probe that will support executing Actions and listening Events fromt the Shell with the same interface as the other probes.
