Bug Description

Checking quickly tuskar.conf.sample, I've seen that it is affected by the same bug that there was in both Nova and Cinder, which is half of the [keystone_authtoken] directives are missing. Everything after #hash_algorithms=md5 is missing, including the admin tenant name, username and password for keystone auth.
