Bug Description
In the Register Node modal form:
1. Enter the IP address of the fist node
>> The label 'Undefined node' is updated in the left with the entered IP
2. Load all the values
3. Click on 'Add Node'
4. Enter the IP address of the second node
>> Error! the label 'Undefined node' is not updated with the second IP
