Bug Description
Work flow in TurtleArt often results in wanting to save one program and then start work on another. Currently you need either quit the program and restart it, or use Save As and delete your current program by dragging it to the palate.
File -> New should:
1. Offer the user the option of saving if the current program is not saved.
2. Close the current file and open a new, empty one.
