Bug Description
System config:
Turnkey Redmine 11RC running in a VirtualBox (3.2.10) VM on an Ubuntu 10.04 host.
After successfully installing and restarting, the "Turnkey Linux - First boot config" appears and asks for a root password. Trying to enter anything into the password field (first key press) results in a "Are you sure you want to exit" dialog appearing. Clicking no, returns to the previous screen with the same issue, pressing yes, moves on to the MySQL password dialog, which has the same issue--exit dialog appears when anything is entered. This continues for the HUB API key as well.
After selecting "Yes" to exit the three passwords, the setup continues as normal, with the security installs option. Redmine seems to run just fine, but the root, mysql, and HUB API passwords are unknown. Something is set for root at least, as it's not possible to login with a blank password.
I was connecting via VNC to the remote server with the Turnkey Redmine appliance running on it. For some reason, the keyboard registers a "[P" before every character entered, so this seems to have caused the issue. Entering the passwords locally, at the server terminal, fixed this.
May be an issue with Ubuntu server installs and keyboard over VNC. This problem doesn't occur with any other VMs or command lines running on the server (over VNC).
Marked Invalid.
