Bug Description

http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/support/20091213/how-use-perl-cgi-scripts-lamp-appliance

Bulek reports that dropping a Perl script in /var/www/cgi-bin doesn't work and instead of executing the script returns the text of the script. CGI scripts should work out of the box!
