Bug Description

Koluskomtu reported that when upgrading from a Hobby plan to a Budget plan the servers that were running on the Hobby plan continued to accrue the 15% premium. Ideally I think that should be automatic. If for some reason that is not feasible, then at least it should be clearly documented (where it will be seen in the process of upgrading). The Hobby plan uses S3-backed instances, as where the Budget plan uses EBS-backed instances. Each have their own pro's and con's, and is sometimes desirable to enable both plans to be able to use both the instance types. So, there isn't really an upgrade path.

But, if we can explain this more clearly on the plans page, we're open to suggestions.

Sorry I wasn't aware that S3 instances only ran under Hobby plan. I was under the impression that you could also run S3 servers under the Budget plan as well. Perhaps I missed it somewhere...
