Bug Description

Jamie Murphy reports in the forums (http://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/support/20120914/owncloud-client-apps-dont-sync):

I have tired installing OwnCloud ISO three different times. The Desktop Client Sync apps do not work with it.

I updated the owncloud install to 4.0.7, Still did not work.

Eventually reinstalled with turnkey lamp and installed owncloud manually. Client apps worked.

Please check over the owncloud disk.

I haven't actually confirmed this bug, but I have marked as confirmed due to the troubleshooting described in the bug report. At this stage it is unlikely it will be fixed prior to TKL v13 release. However it would be good to check this with the new release...
