Bug Description
GitLab has a nice thing where, when you push a branch, the receiving end prints some extra information in such a way that it shows up with a "remote:" prefix in the output of "git push": if you push a new branch, it gives you the URL that you can use to submit a merge request, and if you push a branch that has an existing merge request then it gives you the URL to that merge request.
We might have to add a bit more to the XML-RPC API used by turnip, but I think it'd be nice if we had that feature in Launchpad git too.
