Bug Description
Originally one run of real_db_upgrade would test a patch against multiple datasets. For parallelization reasons we only run one patchset. The code either needs to be fixed to support multiple datasets again (which may not ever be used, but is only a few lines to fix) or refactored to not support multiple datasets at all.
