Bug Description

Hi,

I get this error when trying to compile:

~/Downloads/tmp/ttymidi$ make
gcc src/ttymidi.c -o ttymidi -lasound
/usr/bin/ld: /tmp/ccdWD8qt.o: undefined reference to symbol 'pthread_create@@GLIBC_2.2.5'
//lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [all] Error 1

I am running ubuntu 14.04 64 bit, package build-essential installed etc.

What is going wrong?

tnx,

Peter

I found this thread: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ttymidi/+bug/1079218 Question is: how do I do this? I am not a programmer... Any help appreciated.
