Same problem here; "The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:GNOME_TSClientApplet"."

Using an install of 9.10 x86_64 upgraded from 9.04 x86_64. TSClient app worked fine in 9.04. I can replicate the problem on an x86_64 machine that's been freshly installed from different source media.
