trust-store-tests should install to /usr/lib

Bug Description

Right now, trust-store-tests installs test executables to /usr/bin. This is wrong, and the executables should go to /usr/lib/*/trust-store-tests

/usr/lib/trust-store-tests/* would be fine too, unless you specifically need this to be multiarch.
