Revert Cassandra version to 2 on ubuntu element

Bug Description

Presently the ubuntu Cassandra element uses the version 311x, it is a variable and can be update easily by the user.
But this version is not compatible with trove.

I propose to revert to use by default version 2.

    Revert Cassandra version to 2 on ubuntu element

    The element is configured to use version 3 of cassandra, unfortunatly
    trove is actually not compatible with version 3.
