Bug Description
With Trove/Ocata installed with Ubuntu Xenial, after deploying mariadb/galera cluster, I cannot get access to cluster nor change root password.
When launching commands like "trove root-enable c1" trove guestagent replies always method not implemented.

in trove-guestagen t.conf I have set:
..... registry_ ext = mariadb: trove.guestagen t.datastore. experimental. mariadb. manager. Manager
datastore_
datastore_manager = mariadb
