Bug Description
Every time a replica is created, a "slave_<unique string>" user is created on the master,But when you delete the "slave_<unique string>" user on the master,the replication will be invalid
The Options is:
1、Block user-delete procedure if instance has corresponding slave.
2、You can delete the replicaton user when corresponding slave has beed deleted.
