Bug Description
git branch --> master
I have created a instance named troveTest,and troveTest status is ACTIVE. Then use 'nova delete troveTest' to delete VM of instance troveTest.Use 'nova list' to confirm deleted successfully. Then use 'trove list', the status of troveTest is still ACTIVE.
When VM is not exist ,the status of corresponding instance should not be ACTIVE.
