Suggest: give more instruction about trove-guestagent.conf in Installation Guide for Database Service

Bug Description

In the 6th step of "Install and configure components", I think it will be more clear if instructing like this:

"Edit the /etc/trove/trove-guestagent.conf file which will be injected into trove guests by Nova, so that future trove guests can connect to your OpenStack environment:"
