devstack setup having incorrect nova_proxy_admin* values in trove configuration files

Taskmanager service should be able to use nova admin credentials to create admin clients for making API calls to Keystone and Nova services to get the tenant list
and Flavor list.

In order to make API calls, we need to update correct credentials in trove config files. This parameters values are incorrect values configured.

Trove configuration files having incorrect values for nova_proxy_admin* parameters while installing Trove with Devstack plugin.

nova_proxy_admin_pass =
nova_proxy_admin_tenant_name = trove
nova_proxy_admin_user = radmin

We need to correct the nova_proxy_admin* parameters for exists notification, otherwise the nova-client fails to authenticate with keystone service. If we should use these credentials then the credentials are be corrected. This patch is useful when we enable exists notification.
