Bug Description
PXC guestagent method of secure has some strange behavior when setting the admin password. Some reason it would not work on the first try and needed a bit of hackery to get the admin password to work.
Need to figure out why this is the case.
Its possible that the datastore isnt truely available yet to handle a transaction before secure is being called.
