Bug Description
Reddstack requires Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot)
This is not an LTS and is probably not officially supported any more. We'd really like to move to 12.04 instead.

We've discovered that the correct package for Ubuntu Precise 12.04 is:
kvm-ipxe 1.0.0+git- 3.55f6c88- 0ubuntu1 PXE ROM's for KVM
