Bug Description

In the file /trove-integration/scripts/files/elements/ubuntu-mysql/pre-install.d/10-percona-apt-key there is an if condition checking if the directory exists already before creating a new one which should not be the case.

    Remove directory check in mysql redstack install

    In the file /trove-integration/scripts/files/elements/
    ubuntu-mysql/pre-install.d/10-percona-apt-key there is an
    if condition checking if the directory exists already before
    creating a new one which is not necessary. This fix removes
    that condition in the ubuntu-mysql redstack install.
