Need to use postgresql 9.3 due to change to use trusty repo

Bug Description

The kick-start postgresql currently looks to install Postgresql 9.1. Due to recent changes to use trusty the 9.1 package is not available.

We should use the 9.3 package instead.

    Use postgresql 9.3 for kick-start

    Recently, there was a change to use the trusty repo.
    The postgresql 9.1 package is no longer available in trusty.

    Changing the elements and the redstack script to use postgresql 9.3.
