Bug Description

There is a wiki page that indicates how to run the integration tests here: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Trove/integration-testing. This page is out of date and has missing/incorrect instructions.

I propose we move the instructions for running the integration tests to the README here and remove that page on the Wiki.

    Add instructions for running int tests

    The best instructions online are on the wiki and are out of date.
    This moves the intructions into the README and corrects them.
