    Fix post_install.d for Fedora distribution

    Reasons:
     - Fedora is not Ubuntu
     - Fedora uses 'yum' for software management

    Changes:
     - renaming file '90-apt-get-update' to '90-yum-update'
     - swapping 'apt-get update' to 'yum update'
