Bug Description
To reproduce:
Set DISTRO in redstack.rc. Run:
./redstack kick-start redis.
Element fails at:
Starting redis-server: [FAILED]
I assume the problem is that it should not try to start redis-server in the first place.
I even saw it hang at "Starting redis-server" once.
