rdo-mol-container-login is failing for a while with the following error:

why no promotion-blocker tag required here? Don't we want a cix for this?

@marios, it was voting a few weeks ago.
I didn't add the blocker tag because this role isn't being used in any upstream job, we do container login via a playbook on config repo.
There is a few places in DS which might consume this role, but isn't a master branch job, so they didn't face this issue (tripleo_podman was updated in master branch only)
