[zed|wallaby] component jobs failing to install podman: "Could not find specified file in role: tasks/tripleo_podman_install.yml"

Zed and Wallaby component jobs are failing on install podman task with:
ERROR! Could not find specified file in role: tasks/tripleo_podman_install.yml [1][2][3]

A recent commit to tripleo-ansible removed this files for master branch only[4]

Looking at project checkout on Zed job[5] we have:

  trusted/project_4/opendev.org/openstack/tripleo-ansible:
    canonical_name: opendev.org/openstack/tripleo-ansible
    checkout: master
    commit: c3e4e5e791b605dc2b4808bb8bcefa10364913a0

Component jobs (zed/wallaby) need to be updated to do the proper override-checkout.
