wallaby & train 8 jobs NODE_FAILURE

At [1][2][3] (many examples) jobs running on ibmcloud are failing with NODE_FAILURE
Unfortunately there are no logs provided so nothing much to go on at the moment.

As a workaround we can consider moving these jobs off ibmcloud until the issue is resolved for example as proposed [4]
