ipa hostname and ceph hostname conflict with each other

Bug Description
After deploying a tls-e cluster with ceph nodes, there are various issues with either stray hosts or unable to re-deploy a broken ceph node because of e.g.:

ERROR: hostname "cephstorage-
```
This is because ceph uses the latter bare hostname format, while the the ipa-client join procedure sets a fqdn as the hostname.
I think we should rectify it to ceph's style and set appropriate domainname and such instead.
