Centos-7 train overcloud deploy image build jobs fail "lsblk: unrecognized option"

At [1][2] the centos-7 overcloud deploy image jobs are failing during build with trace like:

This --output-all option was added with [3]. This is a tripleo-ci gate blocker so revert has been posted with [4]

current thinking is it the diskimage builder patch is the relevant one, not the tripleo-common

i.e. we want the revert there https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/diskimage-builder/+/830717 instead of https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-common/+/830715

we are testing this with https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-ci/+/830825 - if it gives us a green run for c7 then confirmed diskimage-builder/+/830717 is the right thing to do
