Error: Unable to find a match: genisoimage

periodic-tripleo-centos-9-buildimage-ironic-python-agent-master job is failing with following error:

Error: Unable to find a match: genisoimage
```

During IPA image build process, genisoimage is getting called from https://github.com/openstack/ironic-python-agent-builder/blob/master/dib/ironic-python-agent-ramdisk/package-installs.yaml#L15

But genisoimage is not available in CS9 and replaced it with xorriso. We need to update the same to fix the issue.

We have seen this error previously on CS9 job during python-tripleoclient installation.
