Bug Description

CentOS 9 ships mariadb 10.5 and the mysql_secure_installation script changes its output, so the version of kolla's security_reset.expect that we are using fails to parse the output correctly and fails to initialize the mysql db entirely.

Enter current password for root (enter for none):
OK, successfully used password, moving on...

Setting the root password or using the unix_socket ensures that nobody
can log into the MariaDB root user without the proper authorisation.

You already have your root account protected, so you can safely answer 'n'.

Switch to unix_socket authentication [Y/n]
[...timeout reached...]
Failed to get 'Set root password?' prompt

Change abandoned by "Damien Ciabrini <email address hidden>" on branch: master

Reason: no longer needed now that we have consumable containers
