Bug Description

Currently, we are using a port check to verify if mysql-galera is running after rebooting pacemaker, but a better way should exist. From Kevin Carter's comment:

"there's got to be a better way to see if the galera cluster is up? I know that we could do something with xinetd to query mysql/mariadb to ensure that the service is up, instead of trying to see if its running via the port check."
