Bug Description
We use dstat in tripleo jobs, but it's not set in content providers.
We need to make sure we collect data with dstat in content providers to make investigations easier.

Looking at stats in https:/
And CSV file:

it seems like CSV starts from 12-02 01:54:51, but in HTML we see charts starting from 02:24:30. Half hour is missed.
Also dsk/total chart is always 0, which is suspicious because we build containers and should write a lot to the disk.
