Hi All,

Below are my observation:

Because of change [1] this issue started hitting periodic-tripleo-ci-build-containers-ubi-8-push job. So after reverting back the change [1] in [2] it started passing the build-containers-ubi-8-push at [3].

As this https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-common/+/768264 patch got merged and we are not facing this issue any more so marking this bug as Fix released.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/tripleo-common 14.0.0 release.
