Bug Description
This needs further investigation and may spawn other bugs.
The Octavia tempest plugin was revised a few months ago that would result in there being more test variations being run which might be resulting in timeouts. This might be due to resource constraints of the standalone jobs or the need to further tune the Octavia tests.
Gregory Thiemonge and Brent Eagles are investigating.
