Hi,

This bug is already reported against neutron:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1901534

Fix is currently in gate queue: https://review.opendev.org/#/c/759673/

We will close this bug as soon as a duplicate of neutron bug as soon as fix merges.

Keeping this for tracking for now.
