problem with some vexxhost hypervisor

Hi all,

There is some issue from vexxhost side and we are facing some outage/node down from around (6:25 am Thursday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Note:

1. Few of the nodes are down
2. We are also getting Service Unavailable (503) https://review.rdoproject.org/zuul/api/info on https://review.rdoproject.org/zuul/status
3. http://images.rdoproject.org and logserver.rdoproject.org also down
4. May be some other nodes on vexxhost also down

Things seems to be getting back to normal around (11:00 am Thursday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC))
